By using this site or taking the WE Way™ Leadership Assessment, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They protect both of us.

1. Who We Are

WE Way™ is a leadership philosophy and assessment framework created by Michelle Farkas ("Shills"), educator, technologist, and community architect. This site is operated by Michelle Farkas as an independent creator and is not affiliated with any company, institution, or organization.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or take the assessment. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. What the Assessment Is and Is Not

This is not a psychological test. The WE Way™ Leadership Assessment is a personal reflection tool for leadership development purposes only.

Specifically, the assessment:

Is not a validated clinical or psychological instrument
Is not administered by or affiliated with any licensed mental health, medical, or coaching professional
Is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional coaching
Does not diagnose, treat, or assess any medical or psychological condition
Is not validated for use in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion, termination, or any employment decision

Results reflect patterns in your self-reported responses and are intended solely for personal reflection and leadership development.

4. Prohibition on Employment Use

You may not use WE Way™ assessment results, archetypes, scores, or reports in any employment-related decision. This includes, but is not limited to: hiring, firing, promotion, demotion, performance review, team assignment, or any other employment action. Michelle Farkas expressly disclaims all liability for any use of WE Way™ results in professional or organizational contexts. Any such use is a violation of these terms and is entirely at the risk of the party misusing the assessment.

5. AI-Generated Content

Your personalized leadership report is generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) based on your self-reported responses. AI-generated content:

Reflects patterns in your answers, not objective truths about you as a person
Should be used as a starting point for reflection, not a final or definitive judgment
Is not reviewed or validated by a human professional before delivery
May contain generalizations that do not fully apply to your specific situation

No AI system can fully understand a human being. Use this report with curiosity, not finality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the original intellectual property of Michelle Farkas, including:

The WE Way™ framework, methodology, dimensions, and archetypes
All assessment questions, scoring systems, and report formats
All WE Way™ Art generated by this platform
All writing, design, and brand elements

The following are trademarks of Michelle Farkas: WE Way™, WE > ME™, Turn ME into WE™, WE Reset®, What's in it for WE?®

You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or use any of the above without prior written permission.

7. Your WE Way™ Art

Upon receiving your generated art, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your art for personal purposes, including social sharing with attribution. You may not:

Sell or commercially exploit your WE Way™ Art
Use it to misrepresent the WE Way™ brand or your relationship to it
Remove or obscure the embedded "with love, shills™" or copyright notice
Claim ownership or copyright over the art

All intellectual property rights in the art remain with Michelle Farkas.

8. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. In the event of a verified technical failure that prevents report delivery, contact shills@SHILLS81.com within 7 days. We will regenerate your report or issue a full refund at our sole discretion. We are not liable for losses, damages, or consequential harm arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Michelle Farkas and the WE Way™ brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any assessment results, reports, or content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this service is to stop using it and, if applicable, request a refund per Section 8.

10. No Warranties

This site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
