Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, use it only to serve you, and will never sell it. Here is exactly what we do.

1. What We Collect

  • Email address: submitted voluntarily through forms (email capture before your results). Required for report delivery; optional for the newsletter.
  • Assessment scores: anonymized at the point of storage. Your name and email are never linked to your score data.
  • Behavioral analytics: pages visited, device type, scroll depth, time on page, timezone, country, and UTM parameters. Used in aggregate only.
  • Session identifiers: stored in browser storage (not cookies) to hold your assessment state during and between sessions. See Browser Storage below.

We do not collect location data, device fingerprints, browsing history, social profiles, or any sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use It

  • Improve the assessment experience and the accuracy of WE Way™ reporting.
  • Understand how people engage with WE Way™ content so we can make it more useful.
  • Send Shills' leadership letter if you opted in during the assessment (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Aggregate trend analysis: we look at patterns across all users, never at individuals.

3. What We Don't Do

  • We never sell your data to anyone, ever.
  • No advertising pixels: no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, no ad network tracking of any kind.
  • IP addresses are not stored.
  • Assessment scores are permanently anonymized; they cannot be traced back to you.

4. Browser Storage

We use two types of browser storage, neither of which is a cookie:

  • sessionStorage: clears automatically when you close the browser tab. Used to hold your in-progress assessment state.
  • localStorage: persists across sessions. Used for language preferences and to restore your session if you return to the site.

You can clear both at any time through your browser settings (typically under Privacy & Security → Site Data or Clear Storage). Clearing localStorage will reset any saved preferences.

5. Your Rights

EU / UK visitors (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request that we restrict it. To exercise any of these rights, email shills@SHILLS81.com and we will respond within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (which does not apply here). Contact shills@SHILLS81.com to exercise these rights.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or sell your data to any third party.
